Alice made planning our wedding such a joy. She worked with each of us to collaborate with our ideas, was warm, professional and easy to work with. The care and consideration that Alice put into planning our ceremony put our minds at ease, allowing us to relax and enjoy our day to fullest.

Alice was genuine, confident and worked hard to keep us on task, amidst all the chaos of planning a wedding. Best of all, the finished product made our day complete, and perfectly reflected our love for each other.

My commitment ceremony was exactly how I wanted it to be. Light, fun, simple and reflective of us as a couple. Alice did an amazing job of articulating our story and feelings to our family and friends in a warm, charismatic way. It was awesome to see Alice grasp the concept I was going for after our meeting and bring it to life. Her thoughts and suggestions about music, readings and rituals were insightful and very helpful, and with her help no technicality was overlooked. I honestly wouldn’t change a thing.

Alice Williams acted as the civil celebrant at my wedding earlier this year. In the lead up to the wedding Alice was professional and proactive in preparing us for the legal and the emotional aspects to the ceremony. We provided Alice with some simple information about ourselves (how we met, etc.) and she composed a very moving and entertaining representation of this relationship in front of our friends and family on the day. Alice did a wonderful job in organising all the necessary paperwork, as well as making Oren and I feel very at ease during the entire process. She also ensured all the wedding guests were entertained and informed as they waited for the ceremony to begin.

Given this incredibly positive experience with Alice’s services as civil celebrant, I would highly recommend her to others in need of a celebrant for any occasion. In particular, I think Alice is very suited to performing ceremonies for younger people, and people who want a more intimate, relaxed atmosphere at their special ceremony. I needed someone flexible, and open-minded to perform my ceremony, as my partner and I are from different cultural/linguistic backgrounds (I am from Australia and he is from Israel). Alice fitted this bill perfectly, making all of our overseas guests very comfortable - she even learnt a line or two of Hebrew to further include them in the ceremony! This made the ceremony very special to us.

Mat and I had the best wedding day, everything went unexpectedly smoothly and we have you to thank for that. After our first celebrant cancelled, I’ll be honest, I thought we were doomed. But we found you and you couldn’t have been more perfect. You’re a funny, compassionate and relatable person and it shows in your work.

You helped us and gave advice with everything from preparing the wording for the ceremony to just making the whole day run a lot smoother, including training the groomsmen to use the iPod correctly! I have already started referring you to friends and family because I know you’ll take just as much care as you did with us!

I don’t think we could ever say thank you properly, but from the bottom of our hearts thank you, you made our ceremony perfect and all the guests thought so as well!

Alice married us earlier this year, in a private ceremony at our home. I had heard excellent reports of other weddings she had celebrated and was very excited to have her help me create such a special yet discreet, nondenominational experience. Alice was highly professional and organised, offering examples of readings and service structures in our meetings beforehand. She fostered our creativity and was open to our minimalist approach; encouraging us to write our own ceremony around the Monitum. She was flexible with meeting times and came to us, which was convenient, as we have a little baby and Darren works long hours.

Overall we were overjoyed with the wedding and impressed with Alice's professionalism, sense of humour and general approach to her role as celebrant. She was perfect for our occasion.
